Ending my mission

I am sad to say that I am ending my 22 push-ups a day all November mission to bring awareness to veteran and active-duty military suicide. It’s not that I do not care about this important and critical issue. I do. However, tonight while bench pressing as part of my chest workout, something in my shoulder felt like it ripped. I am still in some pain an hour and a half later. I think it is from when I injured my right shoulder a couple of weeks ago while apprehending a theft suspect. I never gave it a chance to heal. Now is the time to start letting it before it gets any worse. As I said, I am sad that I have to end my mission. All I ask at this point is that people look into the issue, help where and when you can, and donate to one of the two organizations I have been linking to if you can. Our military heroes deserve the best! Let’s give it to them.
