22 Push-ups a day all of November – Day 6

A note about day 6 of this challenge.

Last night I injured both hands, my right shoulder, and my left knee while I was attempting to detain a suspect. He fought, I won. He’s in jail, I’m recuperating. Anyway, I wasn’t going to do any push-ups today but I couldn’t give up on the challenge. As you can see in the video, I managed to do 26 terrible push-ups broken up in 3 sets despite my aches and pains. I live by three words; NEVER GIVE UP.

Enough about me though.

Day 6! I’m doing 22 push-ups a day all of November to raise awareness of veteran and active-duty military suicide. I am also doing them in honor of a fallen Security Officer, Quintin Cole.
