Veteran’s Day!

Thank you that have served, continue to serve, and those that have made the ultimate sacrifice.

“Our debt to the heroic men and valiant women in the service of our country can never be repaid. They have earned our undying gratitude. America will never forget their sacrifices. Because of these sacrifices, the dawn of justice and freedom throughout the world slowly casts its gleam across the horizon.” ~ Harry Truman

22 Push-ups a day all of November – Day 6

A note about day 6 of this challenge.

Last night I injured both hands, my right shoulder, and my left knee while I was attempting to detain a suspect. He fought, I won. He’s in jail, I’m recuperating. Anyway, I wasn’t going to do any push-ups today but I couldn’t give up on the challenge. As you can see in the video, I managed to do 26 terrible push-ups broken up in 3 sets despite my aches and pains. I live by three words; NEVER GIVE UP.

Enough about me though.

Day 6! I’m doing 22 push-ups a day all of November to raise awareness of veteran and active-duty military suicide. I am also doing them in honor of a fallen Security Officer, Quintin Cole.
