Relapse rarely begins with the substance. It begins when your standards get weak, your life gets loose, and you start calling the drift normal.
Stop romanticizing struggle. Start owning it.
No major life changes. Even good ones.
Most people do not have a willpower problem. They have a clarity problem, and once the cost is honest, the decision gets a lot simpler.
